Shipping Policy

What is the cost of shipping?

 

All International/Domestic orders shall be charged on the basis of the weight of the Artwork as per the standard rates from major fulfillment companies. 

 

Shipping within India shall be INR 90/- per 500gm and shall be added at the time of payment along with the taxes applicable in India. One time service charges of INR 100/- shall be added to the shipping charges for coordination and shipping support services.

 

International Shipping charges shall be minimum INR 3000/- for the first 500gm or 1 lbs. and every subsequent 500gm shall be addition INR 1000/- or actuals whichever is less. One time handling charges of INR 1000/- shall be charged additional on each delivery.   

 

The International and Domestic shipping charges may change without any prior notice and shall be according to internal market rate.    

 

Shipping charges of any article above 10 Kg shall be invoiced separately. 

 

 

How long will it take for the order to reach me?

 

From the date of receipt of payment received online, the delivery of the purchased product shall be made within 14 working days for domestic orders. The delivery time for international destination may take put 4 weeks depending upon export and import requirements of the receiving country.

 

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments unless specified in the comment box while placing the order. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

 

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

 

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at info@gisdice.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

 

 How to track my order ?

 

For International and Domestic deliveries, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order

You can track the status of your package 48 hours after your order is dispatched by our seller/ Artist.

 

What can affect my order’s shipping fee:

 

Canceling items beyond 24 hours of order placement, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's shipping fee eligibility.

Return & Exchange Policy

What is our return policy ?

 

“Buyer” agree and understand that the art products are eligible for return and refund for domestic orders only. But in all such return, refunds and cancellations beyond 24 hours of order placement, the Buyer has to pay the shipment, cancellation & handling charges.

 

The “Buyer” understand that the products which are unused and undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging are eligible for return only. 

 

But there are some items that are “Made to order” which are not eligible for returns. 

 

“Buyer” understand that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges . The product is eligible for return only in case of damage during transfer or, wrong product dispatched to the buyer. In such cases the buyer will not receive the artwork or will inform “GISDICE” via email within 24 hours of receiving the delivery to request return and refund. 

 

In case of the damaged artwork, the buyer may return the damaged good without accepting and signing the receiving with the fulfillment logistic partner. In such case all the cost incurred towards the shipment and other expenses shall be borne by the fulfilment partner. In other case where a wrong product was shipped by the  “Artist” any addition cost for fulfilment of the service shall be borne by the “Artist”.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

 

What is our return policy ?

 

“Buyer” agree and understand that the art products are eligible for return and refund for domestic orders only. But in all such return, refunds and cancellations beyond 24 hours of order placement, the Buyer has to pay the shipment, cancellation & handling charges.

How are returns processed?

 

Once you request to return a product via email at info@gisdice.com, a pick up is organized for the item. Our fulfillment partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then send back to the artist/seller where it is checked by the artist/seller. If the artist/seller agrees that artwork is unused, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging ; a refund is processed.

 

Can I cancel my order?

 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us at info@gisdice.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.

 

Firefly Art studio reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer. 

 

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

 

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. 

 

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order and return of order ?

 

We will process your refund within 5 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by the artist/seller and post completion of quality check is positive. Please note, this entire process takes 2-3 weeks after the return has been picked up.

 

Can I return part of my order?

 

Yes, only for domestic orders. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable. All returns shall qualify the above mentioned conduction for refund.
